When we got back from Jackson, we started to prepare for our visitors. Our first visitors since we moved in [although my parents saw our house the weekend we started moving]. My sisters Ashlee and Jami and her 3 boys were coming to town. We anxiously awaited their arrival.
It was pretty late when they got here, but the next morning we walked to the park
of course then we had to walk back home and for some it was just too much;) Good thing we have moms!
We consumed lots of popsicles
We got Stewy out to play on the grass...he loved that!
Mark fired up that grill he got for Father's Day....finally
Cookies and milk before bed
We spent one day in Cheyenne playing dress up at the State Museum
Visited the Historic Governor's Mansion
We spent another day in Fort Collins exploring Old Town and having lunch
We cooled off at the spray park
And we played games at night. What I love most about when these guys come to visit [besides just seeing them] is that it is so low-key. We don't have to always be doing something big and amazing to be entertained.
The best part is all the catching up we do. Every night was a super
late night of chatting with my sisters...I'm talking the kind of late
night that you only have when you had sleepovers ...or a girls weekend.
Oh how I miss them!
