Blog Beginnings

So the idea of starting a family blog has been floating around our house for quite some time. As you can see, sometimes it takes a while to put ideas into action. The hope is that this blog will allow our family and friends who live far away to be more involved in our everyday lives and that this will be a more conducive format for posting pictures and journaling about the little things that bring us joy. The fear is that we will not be able to keep up with it and it will become one of "those blogs" that is rarely or never updated...OR that it will come across as a forum for us to brag about our children and that you will tire of reading about the mundane details of our wonderful life. Okay, let's face it...that's very likely to happen!! At any rate...we are going to give it a whirl:)
