Eyestone PTO puts on a big school dance every year. Being on the board, meant I got to be a part of planning it and pulling it off. About a week before the dance our house was overtaken by all things NEON.
Our VP was the main person in charge. She came up with NEON NIGHTS as our theme. Mark came to the school with me early to set up and stayed late to clean up. He was a HUGE help!!!

We had arranged for Airbrush Tattoos, Balloon Guy, Photo Booth, Hair painting, DJ and lots of food!
All but the dance took place in the adjoining Cafeteria. It was packed.
The dance was CRAZY .... but the kids loved it. They can't really appreciate the concept of a dance at this age so there was a lot of running around the gym screaming.
Maybe we need some Social Dance lessons (Mark).
The string and black lights were the ticket to creating the right environment. Last year, I took Emmrey and could hardly find her in there it was so dark.
The kids loved just seeing themselves glow in that blacklight.
It was a non-stop night. We had nearly 600 kids and adults in a relatively small amount of space. This is part of the crew that made it all happen. I work with a pretty fun group of ladies!
