When we went on the Budweiser tour back in June, the Clydesdale's were out traveling around for parades and such. One of our guides had told us they would be home for a rest in July and to make sure we stopped by to see them. They keep pretty busy and were only back for a week. We made sure that we planned a visit. The West Coast Hitch is made up of 8 enormous horses. Pictures don't really do them justice, they are pretty impressive. The girls each posed in front of their favorite.
When we got there, we were hitting the time they close the stalls. Apparently, they keep them in the barn most of the time, and only have them outside a few hours in the morning when it's not as hot. I am really hoping to take the girls back so we can watch them in the pasture some time.
